Frequently asked questions
How far in advance would I need to purchase my dress ?
Five to six months for the dress to arrive so make sure you plan accordingly. However, if you are on a tight time-frame, rush orders are available or you might be able to purchase a gown from our sample selection.
Is an appointment required to try on wedding dresses ?
It is highly suggested so our consultants are able to treat you and your bridal party with the attention and respect you deserve.
How long are the appointments for ?
Set time aside for an hour so you are able to explore our bridal store and try on dresses peacefully.
How do I know if you guys carry the wedding dress I want ?
We carry multiple designers so please visit our Bridal page on the top right corner to see the list of designers. Please call and make sure we still carry the exact dress you like!
What do I need for my appointment ?
A good support team, an open mind, and a couple of pictures so our bridal team knows how exactly to help you.
Can my friends and family come to my bridal dress fitting ?
Your closest friends and family are always welcome to come. However, make sure they do not overthrow your decision.
Are taking pictures allowed ?
Yes! We encourage you to take pictures so you aren't confused by the amount of dresses you may try on.
What is your alteration / fitting policy ?
Our alteration team needs about a month or so to perfect your dress to your liking. Mondays through Saturdays are the selected fitting days. One to three fittings are required to make sure your dress is exactly the way you want it.
What do I need to bring to my fitting ?
The heels that you will wear on your wedding day so the length of the dress can be determined, if needed.
